About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support patients and advocates via phone, email, and chat
- Handle appointment confirmations and in-depth troubleshooting
- Develop creative solutions to client and advocate issues
- Support new clients during their first experiences with Solace
- Gather and track feedback to improve the customer experience and platform
- Learn and use Solace systems, tools, and technology
- Build strong relationships with clients and advocates
- Report issues and share detailed notes
- Resolve client and advocate inquiries to complete satisfaction
- Work one of three shifts: 5:00 AM–2:00 PM PT, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PT, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants must be based in the United States
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must not require Solace to sponsor a work permit, either now or in the future
- Empathy and confidence handling difficult conversations via phone, email, or chat
- Detail-oriented and able to work in hectic circumstances
- Comfortable using computers and learning new tools quickly
- Troubleshooting skills, including basic browser and phone support
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Able to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Comfortable forming quick bonds and resolving complex issues with upset clients
- Flexible and willing to assist as needed
- Team player with a “get it done” mentality
