About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, test and ship full-stack features and fixes
Develop back-end services, APIs and user interfaces
Use AI-assisted development tools and carefully review and test results
Break down ambiguous problems and make sound technical decisions
Escalate issues when needed
Write clean, well-tested and documented code
Participate in code reviews
Improve architecture, tooling and developer workflow
Triage customer and team issues
Follow delivery through post-release
Take ownership of work from design through release and support after launch

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 or more years of professional software development experience
Full-stack product development experience
Solid back-end skills and comfort building front-end features
Ability to learn new languages and frameworks quickly
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in daily work
Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing
Clear communication and a collaborative approach
Experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) and containers (nice to have)
Experience with highly available, distributed or messaging systems (nice to have)
