About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor product and squad metrics, KPIs, and performance
Analyze the backlog, risks, and impediments, identifying opportunities for improvement
Support Product Owners in analyzing results and driving product evolution
Gather and document requirements with the relevant stakeholders
Support the organization and prioritization of requests in Azure DevOps
Monitor testing, user acceptance, and delivery progress
Prepare analyses and reports to support squad direction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Information Systems, Production Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in digital product management
Experience with Azure DevOps, Excel, and Power BI
Knowledge of agile methodologies and backlog management techniques
Experience monitoring metrics and performance
Experience with product metrics such as adoption, churn, and NPS (a plus)
Knowledge of user experience and prototyping (a plus)
Knowledge of integrating digital products with enterprise systems (a plus)
Technical or intermediate English proficiency (a plus)
Experience supporting multiple products or squads simultaneously (a plus)
