About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the proper execution of workflows and parameters for entering freight charges through the TMS
  • Update and share the status of outstanding freight-entry items, indicating reasons, amounts, document counts, and other breakdowns
  • Monitor progress in resolving outstanding freight items
  • Analyze backlog scenarios involving open freight charges from previous periods, categorizing and correcting freight items under the Transportation team’s responsibility
  • Participate in meetings with internal client teams regarding freight entry and reconciliation
  • Propose improvements to the process for gathering information, preparing reports, and automating management databases
  • Support carriers by providing information and answering questions about entering freight amounts
  • Consolidate and analyze daily allowance costs, reasons, locations, and carriers through the Daily Allowance Dashboard
  • Consolidate and monitor the report of total freight entered manually outside the TMS
  • Implement the TMS for the remaining freight operations in partnership with the IT team
  • Provide visibility into TMS metrics by creating and updating performance indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP
  • Experience in logistics and performance indicator management
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience with data analysis tools is a plus
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
