About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and monitor manufacturing performance indicators (OEE, productivity, scrap, efficiency, and costs), identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and standardize work instructions, operating procedures, and production workflows
  • Conduct production capacity studies, line balancing, and industrial layout analyses
  • Participate in root cause analyses and develop action plans to resolve production issues
  • Work closely with the Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement pillars to consolidate performance indicators and information
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations of results for leadership
  • Map and analyze production processes, identifying opportunities for digitization, automation, and improved efficiency in data processing
  • Develop queries, KPIs, dashboards, and tools for production data analysis
  • Apply database concepts, SQL, APIs, and system integration in the development and enhancement of solutions
  • Support industrial process automation initiatives using development tools, scripts, low-code/no-code platforms, or other technologies suited to the problem

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms
  • Technical knowledge of 5S, Quality Tools (PDCA, Ishikawa), continuous improvement, and TPM
  • Experience managing KPIs and performance indicators
  • Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Quality and/or Production (a plus)
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL, APIs, and system integration (a plus)
  • Knowledge of process automation using scripts, low-code/no-code tools, and other development technologies (a plus)
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives and operational or industrial process improvement (a plus)
  • Working hours: 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.–6:18 p.m., Monday through Friday
