About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and prioritize the backlog, connecting business needs with squad deliverables
- Gather and refine requirements, structuring user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support the definition of the product roadmap and development cycles
- Lead squad routines and participate in Agile ceremonies
- Monitor product metrics, assessing performance, adoption, and value generation
- Validate solutions through testing, pilots, MVPs, and user acceptance testing
- Serve as the liaison between the business, technology, and other stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Production Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience managing backlogs and digital products
- Experience leading or facilitating squads
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Teams, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of system integrations
- Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills
- Certification or training in Product Ownership, Agile practices, or product management, such as PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe (a plus)
- Experience with mobile applications (a plus)
- Experience with omnichannel products or customer journeys (a plus)
- Technical or intermediate English proficiency (a plus)
