Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct market research for the sale and lease of properties.
  • Prepare technical and financial feasibility studies under supervision.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical and document analyses of properties.
  • Develop strategic presentations and management reports.
  • Monitor real estate projects, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in defining the company’s real estate guidelines and policies, aligned with its expansion plan and the efficient use of assets.
  • Conduct financial impact and return on investment (ROI) analyses for real estate projects.
  • Support decisions regarding asset disposal, acquisition, or repurposing, taking legal, operational, and financial aspects into consideration.
  • Serve as a technical reference in the area, interacting with internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested.
  • Maintain the area’s performance indicators.
  • Provide support to internal clients on matters related to the area.
  • Analyze and propose improvements to the area’s processes, with the objective of optimizing departmental operations.
  • Process supplier payments, including raising purchase requisitions (PRs), collecting proposals, and analyzing deliverables.
  • Support the area’s budget execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI and SAP, as well as project management methodologies (PMBOK).
  • Knowledge of corporate real estate management.
  • A postgraduate degree in Real Estate Management or Project Management is a plus.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m.
