About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and manage the successful execution of solar PV plant renovation projects
  • Oversee preparation, safety, material supply tracking, execution schedules, reporting, and quality control
  • Lead SolarCare technician teams on project sites
  • Ensure operational quality as the branch manager’s right-hand person
  • Be present on site alongside the technical teams to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Provide technical support when necessary
  • Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance projects, as well as complete renovation projects, including inverter repowering, AC/DC rewiring, electrical cabinet refurbishment, and monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 4 years of experience in solar PV construction projects, involving plants ranging from 100 kWp to 5 MWp
  • Experience leading in-house teams through project completion and commissioning
  • Willingness to work on site to guide teams, ensure quality and adherence to deadlines, and get hands-on when necessary
  • Low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage (HV) electrical authorizations
  • Working-at-height certification
  • MEWP certification (CACES)
  • Comfortable using tablets and CMMS software
  • Independent, meticulous, and customer-focused
