About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in implementing the company Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System in compliance with international standards, legal requirements, local regulations, and codes of practice
Plan and execute ISO 9001 standards for corporate and project sites
Liaise with relevant authorities to resolve quality matters and concerns
Provide advice and guidance for effective Quality Management System implementation
Continually improve QSHE Management System implementation and develop applicable mitigation for QSHE concerns
Participate in inspections and prepare quality audit reports for all solar farms
Propose quality training programs and execute OJT training to address and mitigate risks and dangers
Assist the Project Management Team with QAQC plans and Project Quality Plans
Coordinate investigations of quality-related incidents and enforce remedial and preventive measures
Develop, lead, and promote Total Quality Management excellence and QSHE compliance
Support quality-related communication and coordination as required
Be accountable for the corporation’s overall Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental performance
Perform inspections and maintain records to ensure compliance with approved installation methods
Apply professional knowledge and experience to lead assignments, coordinate with clients, and optimize operational efficiency and client experience
Assist the team manager with assignment and management of tasks and work streams
Lead assigned engagement sections and report progress, issues, and concerns
Assign work to team members and perform quality assurance reviews of work papers
Work with team members to meet or exceed targeted utilization hours
Assist with team management and administrative matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Renewables Energy or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional audit experience
Demonstrate confidence and maturity to work under pressure, in a virtual setting, with an international team
Demonstrate maturity and capability to work with fellow team members while assist to develop junior members of the team
Self-driven and possess inclination towards use of technology for professional services
Open to learning new technical knowledge
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Possess competent working knowledge with audit software and advanced MS Word, MS Excel
