Key responsibilities & impact

Gather data from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets
Ensure data is accurate, complete, and relevant to business questions
Contribute to data pipelines and maintain transformation logic for analysis-ready datasets
Use statistical techniques and data visualization to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations
Create dashboards, reports, and charts for stakeholders
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define key metrics
Provide data-driven recommendations that shape the product roadmap
Ensure data is secure, well-documented, and accessible
Analyze on-chain and off-chain product data to understand user journeys, retention, churn, market share, and product opportunities

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in data analysis or engineering involving large amounts of different types of data
Experience with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical methods
Proficiency in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
Experience integrating AI tools such as Claude Code into an engineering workflow
Solid experience using Excel or Google Sheets for quick analysis and pivot tables
Basic understanding of ETL processes and tools
Fintech, banking, or insurance industry experience is nice to have
Experience processing blockchain data using sources such as Dune or Solscan is nice to have
