About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Solidus’s events program end to end
- Build and run the events calendar across crypto, TradFi, prediction markets, and regulatory circuits
- Evaluate sponsorships, negotiate packages, and own event budgets and ROI
- Design and execute executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and branded events
- Manage venues, run-of-show, speakers, branding, and attendee experience
- Partner with Sales and SDRs on target account lists, pre-event outreach, on-site meeting booking, and post-event follow-up
- Track event contribution in HubSpot and run post-event debriefs
- Secure speaking slots for executives
- Coordinate co-marketing with industry associations and partners
- Collaborate with social and PR teams to amplify event presence
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
- Report to the Director of Growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years in event or field marketing, ideally in B2B fintech, financial services, crypto, or SaaS
- Track record of events that measurably drove pipeline, not just attendance
- Experience producing intimate executive-level experiences and large conference sponsorships
- Strong vendor, venue, and sponsorship negotiation skills
- Experience partnering with Sales on account-based programs and event-driven outreach
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM for tracking engagement and attribution
- Exceptional project management skills, with ability to run multiple events in parallel across regions and time zones
- Comfort engaging senior executives, regulators, and industry leaders
- Genuine curiosity and ability to become fluent quickly in technical, regulatory-heavy subject matter
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- High bar for quality and sharp attention to detail
- Action-oriented, audience-obsessed, creative and data-driven, high ownership, collaborative and coachable
