About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and oversee the business analysis and planning function, driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives
  • Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities for the Electronic Materials business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of business analysts and planners
  • Recruit talent, identify and develop successors, drive retention and engagement, and foster an inclusive culture
  • Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, Electronic & Specialty Materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and planning
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling, due diligence and integration planning
  • Experience partnering with manufacturing operations
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, operational performance, and cash management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to provide actionable insights
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
