About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Share the target office architecture vision developed by the IT Directorate
  • Conduct studies and analyses related to office infrastructure in order to propose solutions that are appropriate and aligned with the IT Directorate’s target office architecture vision
  • Ensure that the content of office architecture documentation produced for the IT Directorate complies with requirements and is consistent with the project portfolio and the overall office architecture vision
  • Support projects during their implementation
  • Work on a client project in the public sector in Québec City
  • Work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week on-site

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration with a specialization in organizational information systems, or a relevant discipline recognized by the Ministry of Education or equivalent
  • Have 10 years of IT experience within the past 12 years, including 8 years as an office technology infrastructure advisor
  • As an office architecture advisor, have completed 3 assignments each exceeding 220 person-days within the past 6 years, in an environment comparable to that of the Ministry in terms of scale and complexity
  • Experience with endpoint environment management products and tools (SCCM/Intune, MDT, WDS, GPO, PowerShell, AirWatch, WSUS, etc.)
  • Experience with incident, change, and problem management tools
