About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join the Agence Services SFT team as a pharmacist

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Member in good standing with the OPQ (Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec)
  • Master’s degree in Advanced Pharmacotherapy (Québec)
  • Loi 31 certification
  • Personal DSQ access
  • Proficient in Gespharx (validation, scanning, clinical, and BCM modules)
  • Proficient in the MYLE EMR for oncology
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written
  • Able to write in English
  • FARPOPQ insurance (Category A)
  • Oncology position: minimum of 2 years of hospital oncology experience in Québec
  • Oncology position: experience in prescription verification and patient education
