About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models supporting business functions
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into actionable reporting solutions
Validate source data, monitor report outputs, and document assumptions and definitions to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with Data Engineering to define analytical requirements and contribute to optimized data models and transformation logic
Support self-service BI users through communications, collateral, and training materials
Document KPI definitions, data lineage, and reporting assumptions
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve refresh reliability
Create and maintain effective working relationships with Company employees
Project a professional and appropriate Company image in dealings with clients, vendors, business partners, and visitors
Contribute to the professional culture within the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data roles
Proficiency in SQL, including CTEs and window functions for dataset manipulation
Familiarity with dimensional data modeling and data warehouse concepts
Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, Power Query, and dashboard design, or other visualization tooling
Excellent ownership, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently on multiple projects
Experience collaborating across technical and business teams
Ability to translate analytical findings into business insights
Experience with SMS/Text Servicing or CPaaS platforms is a plus
Experience with Payments Services is a plus
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation data sources such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Ability to adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct/Ethics
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to ensure security of company, client, and consumer information
