About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the direction for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Identify opportunities early and set priorities
- Support management in key decision-making processes
- Develop actionable recommendations from financial data
- Own the KPI and reporting setup and create transparency
- Ensure relevant KPIs reach the right stakeholders
- Lead and support the development of an FP&A and BI team
- Drive initiatives that build a high-performing, future-oriented organization
- Coordinate acquisition and integration projects
- Successfully integrate processes, data, and organizational structures
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in FP&A
- Ideally, experience in a dynamic, international environment
- Proven track record in planning and managing budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes
- Experience creating and further developing models to support investment decisions and business expansion
- Practical experience in M&A, ideally including post-merger integration
- Fluent German and English skills (C1 level), both written and spoken
- Application documents preferably submitted in English
