About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical guidance and technical support to healthcare professionals managing complex wounds
- Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education in hospitals, both in person and virtually
- Support implementation and follow-up of advanced wound care clinical protocols
- Design, develop and deliver educational programmes for healthcare professionals, commercial teams and internal stakeholders
- Partner with the sales team during customer visits, identify clinical needs and support business opportunities
- Participate in product evaluations, workshops, clinical sessions and medical education activities
- Attend and support relevant national congresses, conferences and scientific meetings
- Provide technical and clinical support for tenders, public procurement processes and new technology introductions
- Participate in local and international training programmes across EMEA
- Maintain current clinical, scientific and technical knowledge of complex wounds, complication prevention and NPWT
- Record and manage activity using corporate tools, Microsoft Office and CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Travel regularly throughout Spain and Portugal
Requirements
What you’ll need- Nursing professional with proven clinical experience in the management of complex wounds
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent higher qualification, with current professional registration where applicable
- Proven clinical experience in the treatment and follow-up of patients with complex wounds
- Strong knowledge of wound assessment, wound bed preparation, complication prevention and selection of appropriate therapeutic solutions
- Experience or formal education in Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) highly desirable
- Experience delivering clinical education and ability to adapt content for different professional audiences
- Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise activities and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment
- Spanish and Portuguese desirable
- Good level of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and willingness to use CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Frequent travel throughout Spain and Portugal
- Must be legally authorised to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
- Successful completion of applicable driving record review before employment and on an ongoing basis
