About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the sales team within a defined geographic territory to develop new accounts and expand product usage with existing customers
  • Assist with case coverage, inventory reconciliation, and closing outstanding purchase orders compliantly
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinicians and decision-makers across sites of care through education, demonstrations, and responsive support
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, inventory, and territory forecasts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
  • Support the Acera product portfolio and clinically proven wound care solutions within Solventum’s Medical Surgical Division
  • Travel up to 80%-90% domestically

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher AND experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales
  • OR High School Diploma/GED AND 3+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Personal vehicle required for company business
  • Successful pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review
  • Maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
  • May need to possess licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials required by healthcare or third-party facilities
  • Previous surgical or biologics experience
  • Field-based time and priority management
  • Clear, professional communication with clinicians and surgical staff
  • Experience in patient care settings such as operating rooms, clinics, or physician offices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset
