About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process Restoration Design and Front-End cases daily
- Perform model cleaning, design review, and digital quality inspection
- Communicate with R&D, CA, Design Services, and CST teams as required
- Perform miscellaneous duties as required by supervision
- Assist with co-worker training as required
- Perform other assigned duties
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D, and business teams to identify digital workflow improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma - completed
- 3+ years in a Dental Lab Technician role
- Fluent in English
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret orthodontic records and treatment prescriptions
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Highly computer literate, including knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Continuous improvement mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to systematically troubleshoot and qualify issues
- Ability to present information and feedback to co-workers and cross-functional team supervisors
- Resilient and adaptable in changing customer and organizational environments
- High level of integrity and commitment
- Ability to follow step guides effectively
- Creative, proactive problem-solving skills
