About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead regional Real Estate portfolio management and effective Regional Facilities Management for all locations
- Lead continuous improvement efforts
- Implement strategic and operational plans for effective management of the regional portfolio
- Determine portfolio and integrated facilities management requirements and recommend actions to leadership
- Support the organization in achieving corporate goals and objectives
- Manage facilities and real estate activities across the EMEA North region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher OR fundamental experience in Facilities Management and Real Estate
- Experience leading Facilities Management at a country or regional level
- Knowledge of SFG20 and similar industry-standard building management practices
- Experience managing and developing relationships with third-party service providers
- Experience managing both leased and owned property portfolios
- Current, valid Driver’s License preferred but not essential
- Willingness to respond to emergency issues outside normal hours
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
- Up to 10% domestic or international travel may be required
