About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve healthcare clients through delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical device equipment
  • Interface with Solventum customers daily and build, cultivate, and maintain customer relationships
  • Provide customer service and customer-centric solutions to patients and hospital staff
  • Prepare, clean, and disinfect medical device equipment, disposables, and documentation for delivery
  • Assist with inventory control of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies
  • Locate missing and misplaced equipment
  • Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles
  • Perform cleaning, processing, quality control, and general housekeeping of equipment and facilities
  • Attend training and scheduled business functions requiring commercial air travel
  • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • One (1) year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedules, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
  • Ability to meet physical requirements through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
  • 1–2 years' experience in training and scheduling & assigning daily work activities in a single location
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • May be required to possess licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications required by healthcare or third-party facilities
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
