About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve healthcare clients through delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical device equipment
  • Build, cultivate, and maintain customer relationships
  • Support patients and hospital staff with customer-centric solutions
  • Clean, disinfect, process, and prepare medical device equipment, disposables, and documentation for delivery
  • Track inventory of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies
  • Locate missing and misplaced equipment
  • Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles
  • Perform general housekeeping and quality control of medical device equipment
  • Attend training and scheduled business functions
  • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • One (1) year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
  • Ability to meet physical requirements through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis
  • Fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to start date
  • Commercial air travel may be required for training and scheduled business functions
