About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve healthcare clients through delivery, pickup, maintenance, and transportation of medical device equipment
- Support patients and hospital staff with customer-centric solutions
- Execute accurate order management and maintain documentation and records using company-issued computers and electronic equipment
- Evaluate service and product inquiries, provide prompt responses, gather customer feedback, and escalate issues when appropriate
- Assist customers with research and due diligence for missing or misplaced medical equipment
- Safely operate a company vehicle for equipment delivery, retrieval, and onsite customer service
- Clean, disinfect, quality-check, validate, and perform routine maintenance on medical device equipment
- Organize assigned work to meet customer service timeframes
- Track inventory of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies
- Coordinate product delivery and retrieval with customers
- Pick, pack, ship, and receive inbound and outbound shipments using third-party partners
- Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles
- Follow work, safety, company, and departmental policies and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work non-traditional schedules, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
- Ability to meet physical requirements through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and iOS applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
