About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve healthcare clients through delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical device equipment
  • Build, cultivate, and maintain customer relationships
  • Provide customer service to patients and hospital staff
  • Prepare, clean, and disinfect medical device equipment and disposables for delivery
  • Process related documentation
  • Track inventory of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies
  • Locate missing or misplaced equipment
  • Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles
  • Attend training and scheduled business functions requiring commercial air travel
  • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • One (1) year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
  • Ability to meet physical requirements through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
  • An associate degree or higher
  • Must be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to start date
  • Must pass pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history review for company vehicle driving
