About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve healthcare clients through delivery, pickup, maintenance, and transportation of medical device equipment
- Build, cultivate, and maintain customer relationships with healthcare customers, patients, and hospital staff
- Prepare medical equipment for patient use, including cleaning, disinfection, quality-control testing, validation, and routine maintenance
- Execute order management and maintain accurate electronic documentation and records
- Evaluate service and product inquiries, provide prompt responses and follow-up, and identify unmet customer needs
- Research missing or misplaced medical equipment at customer locations and service environments
- Safely operate a company vehicle for equipment delivery, retrieval, and onsite customer service
- Organize work to meet customer service timeframes
- Pick, pack, ship, receive, load, and unload medical equipment and supplies
- Follow work, safety, company, and departmental policies and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
- Assist with process training for staff and customers
- Serve as designated facility contact person when the Field Service Lead is absent
- Own a core service center process, such as inventory management, tracking, reconciliation, and order management
- Serve as a next-level escalation point and take ownership of at least one key service center responsibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work non-traditional work schedules, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
- Ability to meet physical requirements through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and iOS applications
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
