About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve healthcare clients through delivery, pickup, maintenance, and transportation of medical device equipment
- Build, cultivate, and maintain customer relationships
- Support patients and hospital staff with customer-centric solutions
- Execute order management and maintain accurate documentation and records using company-issued computers and electronic equipment
- Evaluate service and product inquiries, provide prompt responses, and follow up appropriately
- Research missing or misplaced medical equipment
- Safely operate a company vehicle for equipment delivery, retrieval, and onsite customer service
- Clean, disinfect, quality-test, validate, and perform routine maintenance on medical device equipment
- Organize assigned work to meet customer service timeframes
- Pick, pack, ship, and receive inbound and outbound shipments; load and unload medical equipment
- Follow safety instructions and company policies while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with process training for staff and customers
- Serve as designated facility contact in the Field Service Lead’s absence
- Own a core service center process such as inventory management, tracking, reconciliation, and order management
- Travel up to 15% domestically, including possible commercial air travel
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a customer facing or service-related field
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work non-traditional work schedules, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
- Ability to meet physical requirements through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and iOS applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
- Pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history review for company vehicle use
