About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating quarterly Form 10-Q, annual Form 10-K, and other SEC and regulatory filings
  • Prepare, maintain, and review supporting documentation and disclosures for external financial reports
  • Help ensure the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting
  • Coordinate and support external auditor reviews of filings and related financial information
  • Administer, optimize, and govern reporting systems, software, and tools
  • Partner with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and other teams on earnings releases, investor presentations, analyst materials, executive communications, and other external financial information
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency
  • Support annual goodwill impairment assessments, technical accounting analyses, and other special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of experience in Finance or Accounting in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Certified public accountant (CPA) (additional qualification)
  • Direct experience in SEC external reporting or US GAAP financial statement disclosure preparation and/or public accounting experience (additional qualification)
  • Excellent written communication skills (additional qualification)
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, including attention to detail (additional qualification)
  • Demonstrated system and process improvement abilities (additional qualification)
  • Applicants must provide education and work history
  • Must comply with corporate policies, procedures and security standards
