About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maximize sales coverage of orthodontist customers and the product portfolio
- Present value propositions for orthodontic products to specialists
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct product presentations and organize clinic seminars
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Education, Clinical Specialists, Application Engineering, and Customer Service teams
- Contribute to improving patient care through long-term customer engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience to end users, preferably in the medical device industry
- Proven track record of sales success, including achievement of annual sales targets, new customer acquisition, and campaign execution
- Valid driver’s license
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Basic PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Knowledge or experience in orthodontic products is an additional qualification
