About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own license management, compliance, and optimization for Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud, Foxit, and other productivity applications
- Manage provisioning, entitlement corrections, and reclamation of unused licenses
- Serve as primary administrator and final L4 escalation point for Adobe and Foxit platforms
- Own escalated tickets end to end and support L2 and L3 team members across the Microsoft 365 and productivity portfolio
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and software license management teams on usage audits, cost optimization, renewals, and budget forecasting
- Lead vendor engagement with Adobe, Foxit, and Microsoft
- Coordinate with Intune and application deployment teams on packaging, user acceptance testing, and enterprise-wide releases
- Create and maintain ServiceNow documentation, standard operating procedures, and recurring license usage and compliance reports
- Identify automation and process improvements to reduce ticket volume and license waste
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in software license administration, IT asset management, or enterprise application support
- 2 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 licenses, including SKUs, entitlements, and license assignment
- 2 years of experience providing escalated (L3 or L4) technical support in an enterprise IT environment
- 1 year of experience building license usage, compliance, or cost reports in Excel
- 1 year of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation or knowledge base articles
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
- 2 years of experience administering the Adobe Admin Console or Foxit Admin Console in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Skills in license reclamation and automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, or Microsoft Graph
- ServiceNow ticketing and knowledge management skills
- Experience with software renewals, budget forecasting, and vendor management
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
