About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align with CHK business POS/CB strategy for distributor onboarding
- Deliver distributor training
- Handle daily inquiries from distributors and the business team
- Process, post, and review POS data, including channel data collection, conditioning, and data validation
- Escalate non-compliant files or transactions
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and quality reviews
- Support distributor rebates and sales incentives
- Optimize operational processes
- Perform other daily work as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or above
- Good data processing and analytical skills
- Strong communication motivation and skills
- Fluent in English (both verbal & written)
- Experience in distributor data management
- Experience in healthcare business preferred
