About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as one central point of contact for the project, internally and externally
Coordinate internal resources, clients, and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans and monitor, track, and report progress
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Report and escalate issues to management as needed
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives while complying with professional, quality, corporate, security, and ethical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of four (4) years of equivalent experience in Health or Information Technology Project Management; OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of six (6) years of equivalent experience in Health or Information Technology Project Management
Excellent client facing and internal communication skills using written and spoken English
Attention to detail and outstanding follow through
Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams
Excellent verbal, written, analytical problem solving and organizational skills
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Knowledge of Solventum HIS products
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team members
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
