About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze R&D investments, portfolio decisions, and resource allocation opportunities
- Evaluate project execution against strategic plans to improve return on R&D investment
- Perform forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and performance reporting
- Create analysis solutions supporting portfolio evaluations and strategic decision making
- Develop key performance indicators
- Collaborate across the business to create analysis and reports for business needs
- Provide additional analytical support opportunities to improve business performance
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards
- Travel up to 10% domestically or internationally may be required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Data Analytics from an accredited university
- Five (5) years numeric based experience in finance, market, economics, and/or data analysis
- Experience with finance, market, economics, or investment analysis
- Knowledge and experience in current finance practices and policies
- Experience providing data-analysis in support of business decisions
- Experience within MedTech, healthcare, life science, or regulated industries
- Professional demeanor, solid business acumen, and client service attitude
- Basic understanding of SAP, Oracle, or other related systems
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
- Experience leveraging AI to assist in numeric based analysis and workflows
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
