About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the development team, ensuring end-to-end delivery across multiple SAP releases
Drive solution architecture and design for complex SAP implementations and integrations
Oversee project planning, estimation, prioritization, and release management for SAP deliverables
Collaborate with stakeholders, security, BASIS, functional teams, and external vendors
Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution
Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP technical architecture and WRICEF objects
Design and implement integrations with external systems
Provide architectural recommendations and continuous improvement strategies
Lead end-to-end SAP S4 development and support projects
Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Design data lineage and analytics solutions using data lakes
Coordinate with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
Conduct stakeholder presentations, impact analysis, and solution walkthroughs
Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, design reviews, and testing support (FUT, SIT, UAT)
Maintain compliance using SAP Notes, audit solutions, and reporting tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering in any other stream
At least 2-3, S4 Implementation & Support Management
15+ years of SAP Technical Consulting and Leadership experience
SAP Technologies: ABAP, WRICEF, SAP HANA, SAP GTS, CPI
Exposure to modules: ICO, OTC, MAKE, PLAN, STP, HTR, RTR, MTO, MDG
Integration experience with IDOC, RFC, Proxy, EDI
Tools and platforms: SAP Concur, Azure Data Catalog, Power BI
Data migration and reporting experience using Data Migration Tools and ALV Reports
Workflow, Enhancements, Adobe Forms, Interfaces
Extensive experience working with global clients with global templates preferred
Pharma industry and pharma processes experience advantageous
Project management (PMP/ITIL) is a plus
