About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams
  • Drive adoption of Restrata®, Solventum’s flagship synthetic, resorbable biomaterial, and related product lines through case coverage, compliant product demonstrations and education, clinical support, procedural guidance, and hands-on intraoperative support
  • Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory
  • Meet or exceed revenue and growth objectives
  • Develop and execute territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments and sites of care
  • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
  • OR High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
  • May be required to possess licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications required by healthcare or third-party facilities
  • May include up to 90% travel within sales territory
