About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Vice President of R&D and Dental Solutions R&D leadership team to advance strategic priorities, annual plans and organizational objectives
- Translate strategy into action by leading cross-functional initiatives, transformation efforts and operating model improvements
- Lead business reviews, organizational metrics and executive reporting
- Support financial planning, resource allocation, investment prioritization and long-term laboratory capability planning across global R&D sites
- Connect leaders, functions and global teams to align priorities, facilitate decision-making and strengthen operational excellence
- Advance global laboratory capabilities through strategic planning, operational coordination and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure corporate policies, procedures and security standards are followed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Science or a related discipline
- 10 years of experience in R&D, Operations, Engineering, PMO, Strategy or Business Management
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience supporting senior leaders and driving organizational projects in a matrixed environment
- Experience with financial planning, resource management, organizational performance measurement or executive reporting
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or a related discipline from an accredited institution (additional qualification)
- Experience in a medical device, healthcare or other regulated environment (additional qualification)
- Experience within innovation, solution development or a technical organization (additional qualification)
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, change leadership, executive communication and data-driven decision-making skills (additional qualification)
