About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead thoughtful work to accomplish healthcare initiatives
- Implement solutions within the healthcare industry
- Determine methods to satisfy customer needs
- Support teams within 3M R&D to deliver solutions for clients
- Create out-of-the-box thinking and solutions for the customer base
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties
- Travel occasionally as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and eight (8) years of experience in software development, OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in software development
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Java/Kotlin Enterprise Developer (Spring, MVC) with Postgres (or similar) integration
- Minimum 5 years of experience as full stack engineer developing web applications and component libraries using React/Angular framework preferably with EMR integration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and interfacing with services through REST APIs
- Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud architectures and large-scale hosted applications, preferably AWS
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Experience working in an Agile team with strong test automation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment including distributed teams
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and information on both the user and technical level
- Unit testing experience (e.g., Karma, Jasmine)
- Experience in healthcare
- Education and work history must be provided
