Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
3–5 years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in Python, including experience building backend services or applications
Basic to intermediate experience with AI/ML concepts, such as model integration, prompt-based AI, or data-driven features
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Langfuse
Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party services
Familiarity with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows
Familiarity with implementing CI/CD for applications and infrastructure with policy guardrails
Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to containerization using Docker and deployment using Kubernetes
Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
Experience with AI frameworks or tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or LLM-based APIs
Experience in healthcare or other regulated software environments
