About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and run software projects from kickoff to delivery, including scope, timeline, budget and risks
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and keep them updated
Lead agile ceremonies, including planning, dailies, reviews and retrospectives
Track progress, identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies
Manage changes in scope and client expectations
Work with the Technical Leader to balance priorities, quality and deadlines
Use AI tools to improve planning, reporting and communication efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software projects
English level C1 or higher
Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience managing clients directly, ideally international ones
Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp or similar)
Enough technical background to understand what the team is building and talk with engineers
Clear, proactive communication, and comfort with difficult conversations
Experience in a software factory or consultancy (nice to have)
Certifications (PMP, PSM, CSM) (nice to have)
Experience managing projects that involve AI (nice to have)
Must be currently based in LATAM, as indicated by the application question
