About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and evolve products for clients
- Build features end to end, from the interface to the API and database
- Design and maintain APIs and backend services in Python
- Build fast, accessible web applications with Next.js and React
- Participate in technical decisions, architecture, code reviews, and best practices
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions
- Use AI tools in day-to-day work to deliver faster and with better quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a full stack or software engineer
- Strong experience with React and Next.js, including SSR, routing, and performance
- Strong experience with Python for backend work, such as FastAPI or Django
- Experience with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with Git, testing, and CI/CD
- Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining technical decisions
- English level of B2 or higher; some clients require C1 as a minimum
- Nice to have: TypeScript
- Nice to have: Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Nice to have: Docker
- Nice to have: Experience building products with LLMs or AI features
