About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze sales, forecast, inventory, production, and performance indicator data to support the S&OP process
Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations, translating data into recommendations
Track forecast versus actual results, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities
Support S&OP cycles and alignment across departments
Develop scenarios, impact analyses, and action plans
Identify improvements and automation opportunities to increase process efficiency
Partner with Sales, Logistics, Production, and other departments
Communicate results and recommendations clearly and objectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Experience in Demand Planning
Knowledge of Production and Materials Planning
Experience in Inventory Management
Experience leading and supporting the S&OP process
Budget preparation and demand forecasting experience
Experience monitoring and analyzing performance indicators
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and similar functions)
Power BI for building dashboards and performance indicators
Knowledge of statistical concepts applied to demand forecasting
Proficiency in WMAPE, Stockout, Inventory Coverage, Inventory Turnover, Service Level, and Forecast versus Actual indicators
Ownership mentality
