About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and monitor forecasts, budgets, and financial plans, with a focus on costs
- Analyze costs, margins, and results across different products and business lines
- Conduct in-depth analysis of cost variances, identifying causes, impacts, and opportunities
- Prepare financial projections and support scenario planning for decision-making
- Consolidate and analyze financial information, ensuring data consistency and quality
- Partner with Accounting, Controllership, and Operations teams
- Support the breakdown and tracking of costs by product, package, and sub-package
- Prepare analyses and executive materials to monitor results and support business leaders
- Participate in the development and review of the annual budget and long-term projections
- Identify opportunities to improve financial planning processes and analyses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in Financial Planning, FP&A, Controllership, Cost Accounting, or related areas
- Experience analyzing costs, results, margins, and financial variances
- Knowledge of accounting and the ability to interpret and connect accounting information to business results
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to investigate issues and turn data into recommendations
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams across functions and seniority levels
- Proactive, organized, and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines
