About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map REST/GraphQL API contracts for ITSM tools and ITAM data sources
Model the asset lifecycle and update logic in the CMDB
Write Python scripts to extract, transform, and submit inventory data
Process raw data, deduplicate records, and standardize software and hardware names
Create automations based on ITSM webhooks or serverless schedules
Link hardware deliveries or software licenses to request tickets
Develop routines to identify unused software and automatically create license revocation requests
Synchronize changes in the technology estate with ITSM configuration items
Implement error handling, exponential backoff, rate-limit management, and structured logging
Test scripts in the ITSM Sandbox environment
Maintain version control in GitHub/GitLab and create technical documentation for integrations and data dictionaries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed bachelor's degree
Experience with or knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs
Knowledge of ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice
Knowledge of ITAM data sources: Jamf, Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory
Python scripting experience
Knowledge of requests, httpx, and pydantic
Knowledge of pandas or native routines for data processing and normalization
Knowledge of webhooks, AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or cron jobs
Knowledge of exponential backoff, API rate limiting, and structured logging
Experience with an ITSM Sandbox environment
Knowledge of GitHub or GitLab
Availability to work on-site from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, in Campos Elíseos, São Paulo
