About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer mainframe storage
- Perform data migrations between mainframe storage systems
- Define rules for dataset allocation in an SMS environment
- Customize and administer the DFSMSHSM software
- Customize and administer the Hydra virtualized backup environment
- Customize and operate the MainView/SRM software
- Maintain SMS ACS routines
- Maintain SMS and non-SMS disk pools
- Perform performance analysis using RMF and EREP
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience with mainframe storage
- Availability to work on-site in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, or Brasília
- Availability to work from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday
