About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve software architectures and technical solutions, considering security, scalability, performance, and quality
Serve as a technical authority, supporting teams in decision-making and resolving complex challenges
Design and support the development of distributed systems, web applications, and integrations
Work with development and architecture using Java and technologies aligned with the solutions
Work with Kubernetes and Docker, supporting the definition, configuration, and maintenance of containerized environments
Use Python for automation, scripting, and DevOps-related activities
Apply DevOps/DevSecOps practices and tools, CI/CD, security, and code quality practices
Work with Linux and Windows environments and operating systems
Support the configuration and deployment of applications in cloud environments
Research, implement, document, and promote architectural patterns, technical decisions, and software development best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Solid experience in software development within corporate environments, working with highly complex solutions
Experience serving as a technical authority on software projects, participating in architectural decisions, standards definition, and technical direction
Experience defining and evolving software architectures
Strong knowledge of Java
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments
Knowledge of Python applied to automation and DevOps-related activities
Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Knowledge of web system architecture, APIs, protocols, and integration standards
Experience with secure development practices, TDD, and code quality analysis tools
Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols and mechanisms
Experience with cloud computing and distributed systems
Technical certifications related to Java, Kubernetes, Cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps, or Software Architecture are a plus
Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
Experience administering internal development platforms, source code repositories, and management, quality, and security tools is a plus
Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform is a plus
Experience with or knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools and platforms is a plus
