About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on multifunction printers from various manufacturers
Install, configure, and relocate printers and IT equipment
Provide technical microcomputer support to users
Provide on-site field support, traveling to different client locations
Support Remote Hands services when necessary
Diagnose technical issues and replace parts when applicable
Escalate issues to N3 support teams, providing technical evidence and information about parts and equipment
Monitor tickets, keeping statuses and information up to date and ensuring SLA compliance
Document services in detail, including reports, ticketing-system information, and photographic records
Obtain client approval or signature upon completion of services
Control and maintain an inventory of parts, components, and equipment under your responsibility
Support requests for replacement parts, reverse logistics, and maintenance of backup equipment
Control travel-related expenses, such as fuel, tolls, and parking
Participate in technical training provided by SONDA

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical education in Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related fields
Experience in technical support
Experience providing on-site field technical support
Experience with preventive and corrective printer maintenance
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and electronics
Knowledge of IT and basic networking concepts
Valid, permanent Category B or higher driver's license
Availability to travel, commute frequently, and provide support in different locations
Must reside in the city of São Paulo
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This position is exclusively for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and professionals vocationally rehabilitated by Brazil's National Institute of Social Security (INSS)
Experience with multifunction printers and equipment from different manufacturers is a plus
Experience as a mobile/field support technician is a plus
Experience providing field support in corporate environments is a plus
Experience managing parts, technical inventory, or backup equipment is a plus
