About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the point of contact for specialist departments by phone, email, and remote access in day-to-day operations
- Manage, maintain, and implement IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for IT and end-user devices
- Install, operate, and maintain Microsoft server and client systems, as well as Citrix solutions
- Analyze, document, and permanently resolve incidents in the ticketing system
- Monitor IT systems to ensure stable and smooth operations
- Support security measures and IT projects
- Work closely with colleagues, customers, and service providers
- Proactively analyze and resolve incidents and service requests
- Identify and contribute opportunities for improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed IT vocational training or a degree in IT, with at least three years of experience in a comparable role
- Practical experience in incident and request management
- Proficiency with modern collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach, with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Independent and proactive work planning
- Close and cooperative collaboration with team leads, users, and IT departments
- Willingness to identify and contribute opportunities for improvement, for example through standardization or the reduction of recurring incidents
