About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own integration of new clients from technical discovery, including pre-sales calls with the sales team, through go-live
  • Architect secure VPN tunnels between client networks and Sonio's cloud
  • Design custom SSO solutions for enterprise clients
  • Migrate high-volume medical imaging data from legacy on-premises servers to the Sonio cloud
  • Manage critical cutovers for live clients, such as EHR transitions
  • Provide L3 support and monitoring with Datadog
  • Perform data repairs via SQL and APIs
  • Build and maintain internal automation tools, including EHR workflows and configuration scripts
  • Translate complex technical topics into language understandable to clients and cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Interest in Sonio's mission is critical
  • Deep familiarity with medical data standards (HL7, DICOM)
  • SQL is mandatory
  • Python is nice to have
  • Familiarity with networking, particularly VPN
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure; AWS is a plus
  • Experience with SaaS software and EHR implementations is a plus
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Proven ability to demystify complex technical issues for non-technical clients and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up is a huge plus
  • Must be based on the East Coast; Boston is a huge plus
