About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and document requirements
- Create and compare “current state” and “future state” business process maps
- Develop functional specifications for projects
- Analyze moderately complex projects for size, scope, and objectives
- Develop mastery of assigned applications
- Identify and deploy process improvement initiatives maximizing business value from IT solutions
- Create and conduct functional testing and training
- Assist in identifying customer needs and provide superior customer service
- Provide end user support
- Liaise with software vendors to resolve technical issues
- Ensure Sonoco IT standards are employed in all activities
- Enforce safe work practices in assigned projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related discipline
- 3-5 years experience in ERP
- Experience with Radius ERP is a plus
- Knowledge of the Flexibles business
- Moderate travel may be required
