About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure Intelex applications are available to users who require access
- Support local-region users with day-to-day system activities and resolve queries or problems
- Facilitate system training and refresher sessions
- Monitor and respond to user tickets through the SIMON platform
- Monitor data quality and integrity, highlighting data requiring review
- Create reports and dashboards for KPI and trend analysis
- Monitor and follow up on regional corrective actions
- Champion the inspection platform and follow up on inspection completion
- Ensure existing and new applications deliver process improvement and value enhancement
- Liaise regularly with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Develop and maintain the platform to improve end-user experience
- Support creation of safety training and communication content
- Maintain the Safety SharePoint site and share best-practice information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of health and safety desirable – IOSH Managing Safely
- Experience of working with health and safety management systems (i.e., Intelex)
- Experience of Microsoft applications, mainly Excel
- Skills in strategic thinking, decision making, customer focus, planning, managing and improving processes, results orientation, influencing, innovating, engaging and inspiring, establishing trust, listening, building relationships, and collaborating
