About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure team safety, product quality, and operational performance
- Develop employees’ skills
- Contribute to the workshop’s continuous improvement
- Organize and manage production while ensuring performance, delivery times, and product quality
- Optimize workflows and human resources
- Participate in industrial performance improvement projects with the Group’s production and technical teams in France and internationally
- Manage the production team, supporting skills development and compliance with safety rules
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher technical education
- Experience managing a production workshop and leading teams
- Ideally, experience in the metalworking and/or food-processing industry
- Experience in a high-throughput industrial environment
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage and unite a team
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional rigor
